Opening Hours

True Health is open six days a week from Monday to Saturday. Please note that individual practitioner availability varies and we suggest that you check our full timetable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours' notice when cancelling appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee. All cancellation fees are charges at the full price of the treatment except for Chiropractic, which is charged at $25.00 per session. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any concerns with our Cancellation Policy please check with Reception.

 

Cost

We feel we offer great service at a reasonable price. Please note that our prices may change without notice, but where possible we will advise of these changes. For more information, view our services pricelist

 

Payment Methods

We ask that you settle your account at the end of your treatment with the following payment methods;

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • EFTPOS
  • Cash
  • Cheques (by previous arrangement only)

 

We do not accept American Express, Bankcard or Diner's Card. Unfortunately True Health does not bulk bill or hold accounts.

 

Health Funds

At True Health you are able to claim some Private Health rebates on the spot with our HICAPS facility. Not every fund allows its members to claim on the spot, so check with your health fund for accurate information.
In the event that you can claim your treatment but not on the spot through HICAPS, we ask that you settle the full treatment amount and then claim the rebate separately (either in person at your fund outlet, by mail, or via your health fund's website).

For further clarification;

  • All Chiropractic treatments are claimable as long as you have the correct cover
  • Ear Candling and Reflexology are not claimable on HICAPS for on-the-spot claims.  You will need to submit your receipt to your health fund
